Amberside Capital is supporting Sureserve’s residential decarbonisation initiative

Amberside are supporting Sureserve in their green funding initiative to accelerate the decarbonisation of the UK’s social housing stock.

Sureserve currently service over 800,000 of the UK’s social housing properties. Through this initiative they are seeking to break down the barriers to large scale decarbonisation for Housing Associations and Local Authorities. Significant efficiencies can be realised by implementing fabric, energy and heating improvements concurrently while also installing monitors and sensors to aid compliance and social wellbeing.

Amberside are undertaking a wide ranging strategic role assisting Sureserve drive this initiative.
